This 1kg pack contains boneless fillets with a slightly sweet flavor, low oiliness, and medium-textured flesh that flakes finely. The unique shape means fewer bones (primarily near the head section), which are easily removed. Ideal for fish and chips, these fillets can be steamed, poached, deep-fried, pan-fried, baked, grilled, or barbecued.
