    Wagyu Striploin M6/7

    A step up from our M4/5 and a step under the M8/9 — marble score 6/7 sits in the sweet spot where the fat is generous enough to melt through the steak without overwhelming it.

    Cut to order from the whole striploin, portioned at 400–600g — a proper steak, thick enough to rest and carve.

    Key Features:

    • Marble Score 6/7: Rich, even marbling through the eye.
    • Cut to Order: Portioned from the whole primal, not pre-cut and frozen down.
    • Best Cooked Simply: Hot pan or grill, salt, rest well. Let the marbling do the work.

    Charge By Weight Product:

    This is a product that we charge at the highest end of the possible weight range as deposit.

    If the weight range is 500g-1000g then we charge a deposit of 1000g x $dollar/KG and then issue a refund for any weight differences.

    For example, if you pay $50 and the product is $30/kg and we send you 1.2kg of product then it will be 1.2kg x $30/kg = $36.00. We will then refund $50-$36 = $14 within 3 business days after you have received the product.
