• Freezer Care: To keep your prawn meat at its absolute best sashimi-grade quality, please pop it straight into the freezer (-18°C) as soon as it arrives.
• Delivery Journey: We pack your order with care using chilled boxes and ice packs. If the prawns feel slightly soft on the outside upon arrival, please don't worry—this is completely normal during transit and they are still perfectly safe once popped back in the freezer.
• Best Way to Thaw: For the most delicious results, let the prawns thaw slowly in your fridge (0-4°C). Just a quick reminder to enjoy them right away and avoid refreezing.
