Premium quality live wild caught Tasmanian Eel flown directly from Tasmania.
Live eels are a delicacy, particularly in Japan, where they are often grilled over charcoal and dipped in specially made Japanese bbq sauce.
These same eels are exported to to China and Japan because of their quality.
Live seafood disclosure: Please also allow up to 5% product weight loss as live seafood will lose water from its body overtime when out of water.
Note: Our promise to you is the eels will be alive during pack out, however in the event that the eels are not alive on arrival, they will remain perfectly safe to eat and the quality will not be compromised as they will be kept in chilled foam boxes.

This is a product that we charge at the highest end of the possible weight range as deposit.
If the weight range is 500g-1000g then we charge a deposit of 1000g x $dollar/KG and then issue a refund for any weight differences.
For example, if you pay $50 and the product is $30/kg and we send you 1.2kg of product then it will be 1.2kg x $30/kg = $36.00. We will then refund $50-$36 = $14 within 3 business days after you have received the product.
